Ready-to-wear collections inspired by the German school of BAUHAUS


In the first semester the department of fashion and textile design at Izmir University of economics has been collaborating with the GOETHE Institute in Izmir in order to celebrate 100 Years of German Bauhaus Design.


All collections made by The 4th year fashion design studio students, were inspired by famous works of the BAUHAUS school in Weimar, Germany founded in 1919.

In the second semester students developed their collections further by combining them with contemporary influences from art and design.
